Can I apply for self-exclusion on behalf of a family member?

Self-exclusion is normally requested by the account holder themselves. However, in serious situations, family members can write to support@vai88.cam with full details to submit a request. Our team reviews each case individually and takes the appropriate steps.

Responsible Gaming at vai88

vai88 is here to ensure that entertainment never turns into a problem. Stay safe with self-exclusion, deposit limits and expert support.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online betting is a form of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when it is done in a controlled and mindful way. vai88 believes that every player's safety and mental wellbeing is the highest priority. That is why we have built a range of responsible gaming tools into our platform to help you enjoy a balanced experience.

Gambling or betting should never be seen as a source of income. It is for entertainment only, and you should only wager an amount whose loss would have no impact on your daily life. Responsible gaming at vai88 is a commitment — not just a policy.

Important Warning

vai88 is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Account registration by minors is completely prohibited. Never share your account login details with anyone and keep them out of reach of minors.

Deposit Limits and Financial Control

The most effective way to game responsibly is to set a budget in advance. At vai88 you can set a deposit limit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Please note that the minimum deposit at vai88 is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. These limits help you enjoy betting within a balanced budget.

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit, however, only takes effect after a reflection period has passed — this protects you from depositing excess funds in an emotional moment.

Self-Exclusion: When You Need a Break

If you feel you need to step away from betting for a while, use the self-exclusion tool. With this feature you can lock your own account for a chosen period. It will not be possible to access the account by any means until the selected period has ended.

Permanent self-exclusion is also an option. Once a permanent closure is applied, reopening the account becomes extremely difficult. Before making this decision, we recommend speaking with our support team first.

Protecting Minors: A Guardian's Responsibility

vai88 never serves anyone under the age of 21. However, if there are minor members in your household, there are certain precautions that are important for guardians to take. Install parental control software on your devices. Keep your vai88 account login details completely private and log out whenever a device is not in use.

Make children and teenagers aware of the harms of online gambling. If you suspect that a minor has used your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
